GOAL SETTING AND LERNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Assalamualaikum
and Hello. Its been a month I guess, since our last discussion about study skills.
During the period, we celebrate Eid us part of our public holidays. My weight
also had been steadily increase because all of the lemang, ketupat, rendang,
dodol, and kuih raya that had fill my stomach 😋😋😋. Enough with the
scrumptious food and focus back to our main goal. This topic was discussed with the friendly Sir Akmal. I think he is one of the friendly lecture that I had found since I lived in the beautiful Raub.
First we need to know "what is goal"? Is it like the football goal or what? Goal can be defined as the object of a person's ambition or effort, an aim or desire result. So, from here you know that goal is in abstract form that wanted to be change to the concrete form or into reality. All people must have their own goal but the amount of people succed to fully got their goal are not much. The is question is why?. The answer is, the goal are not S.M.A.R.T. SMART stand for Specific Measureable Achieveable Realistic Time based.
In the S.M.A.R.T we focused on:
>SELF CHOSEN
>MODERATELY CHALLENGING
>FINITE
>POSITIVE
After you follow the steps you must know the obstacles you are facing. For student like me the challenge that I must faced is Academic Goals vs Personal Goals. This matter is very crucial because you cannot leaning yourself to much on the one side. For example if you walking on the hanging bridge you will try to balance yourself to stay in the middle right? It same goes to this situation, If you leaning to much on the one side you will fall. So, please stay focus to check your balanced.
To make it always in your mind you can do like this.
